Stickmail Products is a leader in India in ID card industry. ID cards are being commonly used in schools, colleges, companies, government agencies etc. The demand for low cost ID cards is increasing across the nation. Most of the individuals and small shops buy the equipment to make ID cards and supply to customers. These cards are normally printed on PVC sheets of about 700 microns thickness and laminated after the color printing. Once a series of cards are printed on a standard A4/A3 size paper, they need to be cut to exact shape and size using a cutting tool. The challenge of our customer is the weight and cost of existing product. Jytra has accepted this project to redesign the product and supply a working sample. This project was completed in two weeks time right from design, manufacture and tryout. The overall benefits of this project are:
